**About the role**:
As a **_Senior Agile PM_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and autonomy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and create a detailed project plan.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations by implementing appropriate quality assurance processes.
**Our Requirement**:
- C1 English level.
- Proactiveness.
- Technical background is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge on Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple scrum teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with team on different agile maturity levels.
- SAFe knowledge
