Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Utilize extensive understanding of customer policies and procedures relating to chargebacks, membership and contracts.
Working on the most complex customer accounts.- Use extensive knowledge of departmental processes to provide insight to management team to improve team processes and procedures.- Using extensive departmental and functional knowledge, process, validate and reconcile chargeback submissions in accordance with customer contracts and Viatris' policies and procedures.- Research, monitor, update and maintain contract memberships.- Research and assign Class of Trade to members on contracts.
Maintain accurate documentation to support Class of Trade assignments.- Develop, maintain and enhance an effective working relationship with customer contacts, Pricing and Contracts, Government Reporting and National Account Managers to provide a team approach to customer issue resolution.- Present customer account status to management and various Viatris departments.- Resolve unmatched customer deductions, process credit memos and resolve unapplied cash in accordance with policies and procedures.- Administer monthly DEA expirations, quarterly HIN expirations and 340B expirations.- Maintain accurate record of accounts receivable.- Act as resource to team members on routine work and special projects.- Administer, monitor and maintain an accurate list of customer's eligible member list for Restricted Distribution products.- Manage assigned accounts which includes, but not limited to, creating meeting agendas and leading customer review calls to report on status of open items on account, analyze and provide monthly reporting to customers, management and various Viatris departments, create/distribute all customer account correspondence and provide insight regarding customer feedback to internal departments.- Provide training to new and existing employees.- Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Education- Required High school diploma/GED/Higher secondary or equivalent- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Preferred Specialization: Business, Finance or Accounting- Combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Experience- Extensive experience with SAP and FLEX 2-4 yearsSkills and abilities- Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.- Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.- Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.- Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts.- Ability to present to a group of departments.
Language skills- Can communicate and collaborate much like a native English speaker.
