Senior Accounting Analyst

Accounting Degree or related field with 6 or more years of experience.
Experience supervising Accounting organizations through month end closing of books / working on various sub-ledgers / compliance to local regulations and internal policies / balance sheet reconciliation & reporting activities Previous experience in Local Accounting activities for LATAM countries, special focus in Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Panama.
Understanding of taxes and local regulations in LATAM.
Advanced English level Advance in Excel

Experience using Oracle Financial Applications Experience working on operational excellence and process improvement & simplification Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated Advance in written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques Preferred Chartered Public Accounting certified locally in Costa Rica and/or any other LATAM country (i.e.
Mexico or Colombia).
Experience in Project Management and transitioning of work from third party vendors.
