**Responsibilities**
Assist and lead ad-hoc Accounting and non-Accounting projects as assigned.

Assist with documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure that all processes are in line with the existing SOPs and SOX.

Coach and mentor staff accountants including review of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Coordinate with Treasury and Tax Departments on debt instruments, hedging activity under ASC 815, transfer pricing, cost sharing and tax allocation arrangements to perform related journal entries and financial analysis.

Ensure month-end financial close and reporting is in compliance with accounting guidelines, US GAAP and established timelines.
Review and approve monthly and year-end closing journal entries and reconciliations.

Perform financial statement analysis and provide relevant and substantive explanations in accounts on both a consolidated and entity-level basis.
This includes reconciling and researching complex and high-risk accounts in the general ledger.

Prepare journal entries for complex accounting topics with supporting documentation for review by Accounting Manager.
Analyze data and create monthly and ad hoc reports.

**Education**
Required: Bachelor; Accounting
Preferred: Master or Advanced
**Language**
Required: English
**Experience**
Required: 5 plus years Accounting experience.
Strong technical accounting and automation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word); Pivot Tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Motivated, self-starter, team player.
Preferred: Public Accounting or Corporate accounting experience.
Experience with Windows-based accounting software..
