**Role**:
Are you looking for new opportunities and passionate about accounting? The Senior Accountant will be an individual contributor of corporate accounting team. This role will support various daily accounting operations, process improvements and automations. Come and join our team!
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit schedules.
Prepare journal entries with supporting documents.
Assist in Accounting Balance Sheet and P&L Reconciliations, along with Variance Explanations.
Handle monthly accounting related to leases following ASC 842 guidance, including lease renewals, terminations, abandonments and impairments, ROU Amortization, and prepaid rent.
Handle debt and derivatives accounting transactions.
Prepare and review lease and derivative footnotes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Use data analytic tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Alteryx to provide dynamic information to achieve process efficiency.
Reconcile key accounts and perform flux analysis to ensure accuracy of monthly financial results.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Assist with Ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting.
- 3+ years of experience supporting accounting operations in a US GAAP company.
- Alteryx & Microsoft Power BI.
- SAP S/4 Hanna and SAP Fiori experience is a plus.
- Working experience with US GAAP reporting is a plus.
- Experience with Blackline Task and Reconciliation module is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across other functional team members.
