**_You Are: _**
We are looking for someone who should have knowledge of various subsystems and interfaces in a PC Client system.
**_The Opportunity _**_: _
- Triage the issues or bugs to root cause the failing component.
- Prepare systems by assembling the required hardware, flashing FW, installing OS and connecting debugger.
- Work closely with Customer team in achieving the deliverables.
- Publish daily and weekly status reports.
- Writing defect reports for the issues detected.
- The responsibilities may change based on requirement and/or skillset attained on the job and should be ready to move between projects.
**_What you need _**:
**Skills and Experience**:
- Understanding of PC Platform and mother board architecture.
- Knowledge of various subsystems and interfaces in a PC Client system
- Understanding of bug life cycle and any bug management tool like Jira, HSD, etc.
- Should have manual and/or automation testing experience or understand Platform testing environment.
- Knowledge and experience in using debug tools like WinDbg.
- Ability to understand platform features and execute the test cases.
- Ability to understand, articulate and isolate the issues observed during test execution.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams.
- Good to have Skills:
- Experience in debug with Intel platform designs
- Experience in using Intel ITP or LTB
