Eaton's ES AMER EPG division is currently seeking a Segment Manager Industry - LATAM.
**What you'll do**:
- Responsible for the key profitable takeaway targets with a specified cluster of customers, by executing pre-planned activities according to the local segment strategy in line with country/channel/area sales strategy.
- Ensures Account Plans and share of wallet growth actions are in place and deliver result for all named accounts
- Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders
- to increase penetration and growth.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Eaton global key accounts managers to increase penetration and growth in Latin America
- Lead Account & Segment Management will work with our sales leadership to identify and prioritize new target customers and decision makers (e.g define player map)
- Ensures (with local sales leadership) that the segment of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Develops value proposition for the respective segment/ account.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in degree in electrical, electronic or software engineering.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferred in Industry (Electrical Sector)
**Skills**:
- Sales tools and process, deep knowledge Industry Strategy. Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
- Leadership by influence, executive presence and excellent communication, teamwork, results oriented
