Description Company Overview: Seen is a financial technology company working with partners to provide innovative financial products to customers who otherwise do not have access to mainstream financial products.Seen is committed to financial inclusion, delivering exceptional value and customer satisfaction to its customers.Position Overview: The Third-Party Risk Manager assists in facilitating an effective Third-Party risk framework through partnership with business line personnel, and other subject matter experts, as well as external third parties.The Third-Party Risk Manager will be responsible for performing third-party inherent risk assessments and analyzing the inherent risk level of third-party engagements, both for new and existing third parties.The Third-Party Risk Manager will be also responsible for analyzing due diligence documentation to arrive at residual risk assessment ratings in accordance with Seen's third-party risk methodology, and in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.Responsibilities:Performing third-party inherent risk assessments with business line personnel and analyzing the risk level of third-party engagements, both for new and existing third-party vendors.Analyze completed due diligence questionnaires and documentation to arrive at residual risk level determinations against Seen's risk methodology, and in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.Coordinate the inputs from Seen's risk SMEs and third-party vendor documentation to determine overall residual risk levels of third-party vendors.Write risk summaries to communicate what key risks are for an engagement or third-party vendor, and support why a certain risk level has been assigned.Monitor, analyze, and maintain third party vendor information and documentation including third party contracts, SoWs, and NDAs.Perform annual gap analysis between Accounts Payable extract and Third Party GRC platform.Form strong relationships with lines of business and risk SMEs across Snap, to facilitate a positive and open working relationship.Use subject matter expertise and industry knowledge to provide independent oversight and credible challenge to first line activities and new business initiatives.Remain abreast of industry standards, changes and ongoing regulatory requirements and guidance.Requirements: 3-5 Years Experience and knowledge of third-party risk management required.Successfully review and challenge third party vendor due diligence and risk assessments.Ability to build good relationships, articulate risks and risk mitigation.Leverage their experience to bring industry leading standards, practices, and tools to the organization.Leadership, integrity, and credibility will be determining factors in selection.Ability to articulate and communicate across all lines of defense and build strong relationship management, and the ability to influence and execute deliverables within required timelines.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, escalate items requiring attention and proactive approach at problem solving and continuous improvement.Industry certifications are a plus (CTPRP, CRVPM, CompTIA Security+)Why Join Us: Opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth at a fast-growing fintech startup.Collaborative and inclusive work environment where your ideas are valued and encouraged.Competitive compensation package including salary and bonus.Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.Flexible work arrangements and a culture that promotes work-life balance.
