Seen - Fraud Investigation Analyst

Description We are seeking a highly qualified Fraud Investigations Analyst with expertise in fraud detection, investigations, and mitigating fraud risks in the credit card industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud investigations, data analysis, and digital risk mitigations strategies. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate suspicious activities, provide feedback to the fraud analytics team and develop strategies to mitigate fraud risks.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data, trends and patterns to identify emerging fraud techniques and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.Collaborate with the fraud analytics team to provide feedback and insights from fraud investigations to enhance fraud prevention rules and strategies.Collaborate with ad-hoc requests that can arise based on fraud trends and business requirements.Knowledgeable on Credit Card industry and Fraud Risk managementSupport Fraud Analytics and the creation of reports with feedback based on Fraud FindingsRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Fraud Management, Disputes or related fieldsProven experience as Fraud Investigator or similar role, preferably in the Financial IndustryStrong knowledge of fraud detection techniques, investigative methodologies, and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.High integrity, ethics and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
