The Security Reporting System Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance, testing and operational support of security reporting, and systems-tools used by the Experian Global Security Office. They will be responsible for supporting the validation of security reports through data analysis, and ensuring our systems are managed in line with internal policies and procedures.

The reporting specialist will provide platform support and manage operational aspects of our reporting tools such as access control, user training and provision of general support with program and tooling development. They will also be required to support platform upgrades, system vulnerability analysis, communications and change management.

As part of reporting development, the system specialist will aid with reviewing report quality, conducting QAQC of development outputs and proactively identify data issues or bugs within our products.

**Functions**
- Monitor and support system compliance with policy requirements e.g., backups, access control requests, access control reviews, vulnerability management, patching and change management.
- Ensure all systems operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated.
- Design a management process for capturing, reviewing, and implementing modifications or adjustments to in-scope systems based on user feedback.
- Provide QAQC and data analysis support of reporting development to ensure that requirements are being met correctly as part of good deployment and change management practices.
- Maintain a catalogue of documentation and ensure it is current, accurate and reviewed.
- Provide oversight and standardization of communication activities for team upgrades, improvements, deployments, change management and general work activities.
- Support the security reporting team through other ad-hoc process improvement activities.
- Assist with the production of security reports and communication with stakeholder groups.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years' experience performing Information Security program support or analytical work.
- 2+ years' experience working with systems support in cloud or on-prem environments.
- Knowledge of Archer GRC, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of general security and risk management processes.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Technologies: AWS Glue, S3, Data Brew, Athena.
- Experience using ServiceNow, SharePoint, O365, Microsoft Teams, Confluence.
- Ability to manage incidents, problems, and events through standard ITIL processes.
- Provide responsive follow-up to user support queries and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
- Provide regular user training for all in-scope systems, in person or via recorded sessions.
- Perform testing of new functionality and releases to provide quality control.
- Knowledge of change management to support platform release and upgrades.
- Good understanding of basic data quality checks to enable onward investigation.
- Ability to be highly articulate when collaborating with internal external stakeholder groups.
- Ability to write clear and concise communications or user documentation.
