**Overview**:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RoverPass, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, particularly within the government sector, and introducing them to the benefits of our platform. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RoverPass products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably with B2B experience.
- Experience selling to government entities is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English with mínimal accent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable with remote work and possessing a reliable home office setup.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools (Hubspot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
