**Job Description**:
Specialist in the implementation and execution of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to support the development of projects in one or several areas of data-driven product development.
Scrum

Masters at Infutor helps to guide and support team(s) toward successful outcomes in project delivery, velocity, and quality and will help to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Specific tasks or responsibilities will be documented as outlined by the incumbent's immediate manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Organize and drive product development throughout the Sprints, including Sprint Planning, Daily
- Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Assist Product Owners, development, data, and IT teams with backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Review and maintain adherence to company-defined Definitions of Ready and Done.
- Facilitate the teams' abilities to develop in a consistent and creative manner.
- Protect teams from scope creep and maintain sprint goals.
- Remove impediments for teams.
- Perform the role of Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams.
- Keep appropriate stakeholders up-to-date with the latest information on high-priority incidents through timely and regular written and verbal communications.
- Identify and track internal and external dependencies.
- Ensure that appropriate Scrum artifacts are accurate and visible, including progress tracking through charts and views in Targetprocess.
- Measure, track and help teams improve metrics through continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of effective communication between onsite and remote teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP.
- 3+ years of proven and successful experience as a Scrum Master.
- Project Management Experience.
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar certification.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (in English and Spanish).
- Experience with Product delivery-focused organizations.
- Experience with managing projects including Data Engineering, Data Science, and Software Delivery.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Agile and other software development techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and ability to create collaborative, productive teams.
- SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Scrum of Scrums or other cross-team and cross-organizational methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Rally, Targetprocess for managing projects.
- Amazon Web Services or other cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Database and Data Warehousing knowledge.
- Software or API knowledge.
- Experience with fostering growth in agile organizations.
- Ability to manage, communicate and negotiate work based on company goals and project initiatives.
- Ability to manage and disperse the appropriate communications to the appropriate parties.
- Ability to communicate and plan across dependent teams or departments clearly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking.
No exposure to hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions is anticipated.
Typically requires the routine use of a personal computer and general office equipment.
Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects, ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on the telephone.
