**Our Requirement**:

- Act as Scrum Master for 1 - 3 teams including coordinating sprints, daily standups and retrospective meetings
- Coach and mentor scrum teams to follow agile practices ensuring adherence to the agile framework
- Work to increase team efficiency while providing motivation and guidance on process improvements
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Using agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings and decision-making processes
- Monitoring progress and performance and help teams to make improvements
- Planning and organizing demos
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Preparing and presenting status updates to project stakeholders oud database environments like Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service, Azure databases
