The SATG/IT Finance Team performs the budgets and planning, Close, and consolidation role for all SATG and IT sub-groups, as well as providing support shaping short term/long term strategy. SATG/IT is comprised of about 7000 employees, about 2B in annual spending within the group, as well as 300M in spending that hits other Intel groups. The SATG/IT organizations have employees around the world and key sub-group partners in the US, Israel, India, and Costa Rica.
**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:
- The Close Consolidator Lead is responsible for ensuring the team delivers on all monthly close cycles, corporate reporting alignment, and various ad hoc analysis.
- SATG/IT wide analysis on reporting of headcount, GSD spending, while supporting various teams in holding operations accountable to their financial commitments.
- The Close lead will also drive data modeling for consolidation packages and reporting needs from management, connecting various data sets to tell a wholistic story of spending performance.
- The lead also supports and drives efficiency programs, with opportunity for visibility on projects outside of SATG/IT in partnering with Corp and other supergroups.
- The role requires leadership in various close reporting forums including Finance and Operations leaders.
- The Close lead ensures clear communication of finance goals and calendar with SATG/IT operations and staff, as well as communication to Corp.
- Additionally, the Lead is responsible for close presentations for IT controllers and GMs.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- College Degree.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior Intel close and or consolidator experience.
- Familiarity with various data models (Elpis, Zeus, Connect PNL, etc.)

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
