We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace.Key Responsibilities: Specialize in package solutions and functional design capabilities to optimize the configuration and implementation of the application.
Manage a team responsible for package software application development.Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals.Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.Provide technical guidance to team members.Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams.Identify and address project risks and issues.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and project managementProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologiesProven experience in leading software development projectsTechnical knowledge in package applicationsEffective communication and leadership skillsOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plusJoining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
