**Your job responsibilities**
- Ensuring the correct functioning of the solutions, supporting problems that may arise on a daily basis.
- Helping the client in analyzing, diagnosing, and replicating problems until a solution is found.
- Maintaining a constant communication with the client, communicating the ongoing progress, and status on problem solving.
- Executing, providing support and maintenance to technology projects after their transition period to make sure they were implemented correctly.
- Comply with the SLA (Service Level Agreement) previously established with the client.
- Follow up on incidents.
- Documenting frequent solutions.
- Manage support teams.
- Maintain metrics that involve incident compliance, resolution time, complexity, and best support practices.
**To be eligible for the position you must have**
- 3+ years of SAP ECC/HANA work experience
- 1+ years of experience in the areas of Demand and Supply Chain
- Experience with SAP SD implementation (SAP sales, pricing, shipping, transportation, etc.) including process analysis, configuration, specification for developments, testing, documentation, training organization & delivery, end-user support.
- Comprehensive knowledge in a business functional area who can understand business needs and translate them into technical architecture design and development.
- Experience in Consumer Goods sector, Personal Product Industry.
- Able to work with tight schedules and under pressure.
- Knowledge and experience in SCRUM, Agile, DevOps are desirable
- Familiar with ITIL methodology (Incident, Problem and Change Management process) is a plus.
- ** Language proficiency**: C1 English
- ** System knowledge**: SAP ECC/R3. S4 HANA. SAP SD Modules
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong analytical skills, problem solving, effective communication, leadership, self-drive.
