The focus of this role will be on SAP diverse modules, like OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, TMS. The ability to perform hands on configuration into the respective module including understanding the integration points to other areas is required.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- BS of Engineering (computing/industrial/electronic/mechatronic) plus 3 years business/technical experience.
- Experience in Health Industry is desired or experience in other diverse industries.
- At least experience working for SAP S/4 or ECC project implementations.
- SAP Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support leaders to manage and work with large complex cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with senior level managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively work and develop the role in low/medium cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with all level managers and stakeholders, including clients.
- Accountable for supporting the designing, developing, and implementing corporate wide data management strategy and associated tactics wihtin project senior consultants.
Serves as the SAP technical supporting consultant that module or teams requires to ensuring best practices and methodologies to ensure client understand what works better for business requirements.
- Good analytical skills, enabling to quickly understand the drivers of a business process (purchasing, supply chain, production, inventory, finance, sales etc.)
- Capabilities to get consensus, make decision, and assume them
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
- Should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast paced environment
- Working experience in corporate environment (manage contact with many cultures, time zones)
- Experienced with SAP area implementation including process analysis, configuration, specification for developments, testing, documentation, training organization & delivery, end-user support at least at medium le
- Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and resource plans.
- Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamwork-based tendencies.

- English 75%+ and Spanish (must)
- Portuguese (preferable)
