Job Description Takes accountability for project success.
Responsible to deliver IT deliverables in projects.
Responsible to deliver Business deliverables in projects.
Supports development of To-Be processes based on user requirements.
Supports during scoping and develops functional specifications & confirms developments.
Configures system and documents configuration according to project standards.
Identifies and escalates configuration related conflicts with different projects in the same SAP environment and other used systems / tool.
Supports creation test specification and preparation of test data (prepare testing environment).
Supports data migration and performs cut-over.
Provides country / site-specific system know how depending on project.
Any other tasks as required by the project.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English (written and verbal).
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, able to connect with people at all levels of the organization and build effective relationships with potential and existing customers.
Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
Positive attitude, adaptable, and committed to learning and sales excellence.
Possesses Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.
Minimum 1 End to End Cycle (S/4 HANA), Preferred Location: Candidates are based in Costa Rica.
