**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment
- Develop and implement enhancements to system workflows and objects
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and quality assure their resolution
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of defects along with new development requests
- Draft and maintain guides for CRM usage and system management
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation that improve servicing of clients
- Drive initiatives that improve the sales experience and maximize performance
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM system (2+ years preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, objects, and workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Adept at intaking sometimes vague requirements and turning them into practical solutions.
- Expert in driving results through meticulous planning and execution
- Prior experience building business solutions in Salesforce, SharePoint or Excel
- Experience with Ajax or the Lightning Framework it a big plus.
