**About the job Salesforce Solution Architect**:
We are looking for a professional with over 8 years of experience in business or technology, specializing in Salesforce and other commercial technologies.
You will be required to lead as a Solution Architect, demonstrating skills in analysis, effective communication, and collaboration in complex environments.
**Responsabilities**:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solution space (both internally and externally), including business processes, capabilities, and systems for commercial functions.
- Research to gather insights and identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Participate in the new demand process for potential engagement opportunities as a Solutions expert.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for this function/engagement model.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with user research findings.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement solutions that leverage commercial technologies to solve business challenges, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
(This would include re-use, build, or buy analysis)
- Create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive business architecture documentation, research findings, design artifacts, and solution specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- BS Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Previous experience (5+ years) with other commercial technologies such as CLM, CPQ, digital commerce, and omnichannel.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, including requirements gathering, solution/options analysis, and comprehensive recommendation approach.
- Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks and commercial technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems, which includes strong documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable.
- Able to work on a team, in person, and a collaborative virtual setting.
- Advanced English.
