**Responsibilities**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Lead and manage projects across various departments, focusing on achieving project deliverables while utilizing Salesforce as a key tool for project management and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track project progress, manage customer interactions, and analyze project data for informed decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and project status.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications:
**MINIMUM**
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within a SaaS environment.
- +3-5 years of experience in project management within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience developing tools and managing project and customer data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, Prince2) and tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, SharePoint.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Scrum Master or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- English B2+ or higher
