**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors in Computer Science or similar degree/experience AND at least 3+years of on-the-job experience.
- The ability to work with a larger team or independently as needed.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (B2Plus -C1).
- The ability to verbalize and contribute to the overall scope and strategy of the project.
- Own a project from start to finish with appropriate problem-solving skills.
- The ability to take criticism and feedback.
- Familiar with agile/scrum methodology, it's our process.
**Let's talk tech stack**
- Execute AMS and CRM implementations, including but not limited to: Gathering requirements, Defining scope. Conducting gap analysis. Design data and system architecture. Configure modules. Develop solution documents for client review and approval.
- Develop requirements for integrations. Support QA testing efforts. Participate in continuous improvement of business processes.
- Perform administrative functions in Salesforce such as custom objects creation, workflows, data migration tools, SOQL queries, reports, dashboards, and platform maintenance. Including description and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with git source control and collaboration tool such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
**Bonus Points**:
- Proficiency in languages other than English, Spanish.
