The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are improving efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, deliver training, and more.
Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: System Changes and Management: Identify and implement necessary system changes, gather user feedback, manage change control processes, and ensure seamless system updates without disrupting user operations.
Communicate changes effectively to users.
Administration: Be responsible for all aspects of including managing new releases, customizing fields, views, reports, dashboards, and maintaining workflows and configurations.
Create custom objects and handle ongoing system alterations.
System Security and Integrity: Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings, map Salesforce hierarchy, manage user licenses, and ensure data integrity by monitoring application storage and archiving data as needed.
User Training and Support: Deliver training and support to users, expand usage, assist in creating sales processes, and enhance user experience by communicating updates and addressing user needs.
Process Documentation and Data Management: Document processes and workflows, assist in data migration, supervise and improve data quality, manage duplicate records, and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards, develop complex reports for senior management, and organize report folders to improve sales efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need: At least years of Salesforce administration experience In -depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions Administrator certification is desired Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Demonstrable ability to use as a sales analysis tool Minimum expectation of a Bachelors degree OR equivalent education/experience Team player with positive "Can-do" attitude Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: A system administrator needs a solid understanding of the organization's business.
They must have solid skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
