Sales Tier 2 Team Member

We are looking for fluent English speaking, reading, and writing, customer service representatives.
Who are highly motivated individuals, looking for full time work.
You will be working on a computer for the entirety of your shift, answering phone calls and helping customers.
You will also need to be able to use a computer and handle multiple tasks at once.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering sales phone calls
- Responding to sales inquiries
- Ensure compliance to regulations and company policies
- Report to management on activities and issues
- Troubleshooting issues with customers over the phone

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Capable of handling multiple browser tabs, monitors, systems concurrently
- Great, enthusiastic attitude
- Higher pay will be considered for previous phone customer support experience
