Sales / Retentions Agents

Support Services Group is looking for Customer service representatives to join our team in our San Jose, Costa Rica office.
This person will actively seek and engage prospective customers to sell our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage outbound and inbound customer communications.
- Comply with our guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customer interactions in the internal systems for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
**Salary**: ¢2,700.00 - ¢6,800.00 per hour

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
