**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities in international markets for frozen fruits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote products and build relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen fruits segment or related industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets and sales dynamics, with a track record of successful sales achievements.
- Existing network of contacts or potential customers in the frozen fruits industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
