**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue for long and flat steel products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for growth and development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and communicate results to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in long and flat steel products.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the steel or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and generating weekly sales reports is preferred.
