**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Fast Lane Quotations**:
Review customer specifications: Verify model numbers, offers alternative solution if what is required cannot be met.
Verify Recal - RMA orders information is accurate and complete.
**Calibration Order Entry**:
Maintain updated customer information in Emerson business systems and other databases. Collect and save needed documentation to ensure compliance with Emerson record retention and documentation procedures.
Upload - enter and book order in Emerson business systems: MMB and MSS.
Receive and review customer purchase orders. Using the Global Clean Order Standards, check that all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete to ensure the customer receives the product they need and at the time they need it. If necessary, contact customer for information required to book orders.
Initiate proactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues or to collect missing information at the order entry stage. Monitor the progress of sales orders and initiate ongoing, proactive communication with each customer. Function as the main point of contact for any order revisions or other issues that arise that may impact Emerson's ability to meet our commitment for delivery to the customer.
Ensure that each customer receives proactive notification of order status at designated key points of the order entry and fulfillment process. (i.e. Receipt of PO, Sales Order Acknowledgement and Shipping Acknowledgement).
Proactively notify customers of any delays that may impact the factories' ability to meet our shipment commitment and discuss potential solutions.
Completeness and accuracy of information from the US counterpart.
Perform accurate and timely (within the goal set by management) Recal order entry into the Oracle system to allow effective performance to meet customer requirements.
Assures all order details are accurate and in conformance with the customer needs and factory capabilities.
Assures orders are entered properly to communicate requirements to other groups.
Updates and maintains accurate order status in the Order System and Ticketing System, inclusive of accurate maintenance of date fields for service level and order status reporting.
**Post Calibration Steps and Others**:
Pricing and discounts are in accordance to established guidelines/agreements processing recal orders.
Review orders for technical conformance with valid model options, manufacture/ship date and calibration ranges.
Shares best practices with team members.
Submits Reports/Accomplish special projects as assigned.
May have to conduct Trade Compliance Screening if applying.
**Qualifications**
**Basic Qualifications**:
Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
English Proficiency (Written and Oral) level, minimum must B2 (Upper Intermediate).
Schedule flexibility: Schedule may change between 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. according to business needs.
Able to talk to customers and answer phone calls to handle cases or customer requests.
Prefer at least 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales; preferably in a technical field.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
English Proficiency (Written and Oral) level, minimum must C1 (Advanced)
Customer Service or equivalent technical experience.
Past work experience associated with the process industry, preferred.
Analytical and responds to the question "How" to achieve the objectives.
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, and colleagues.
Aims to maintain excellent relations with the company and clients.
Aligns thinking to help achieve division's business goals and objectives.
Experience in Order Processing tasks, quote Analysis and/or Creation.
