- The Role_
Cheetah Digital is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst.
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales functions in commission payouts as well as tracking key metrics (such as NBXS Bookings, Annual Recurring Revenue, Win Rate, churn, etc.
), ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining our Reporting model.
The Analyst will also spearhead initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
- What You'll Do_
- Variable Compensation Planning and Execution
- Manage monthly and quarterly commissions processes for all commissions-eligible Sales reps and regional leaders in SAP commissions (Bookings, Revenue, ARR)
- Become the SAP commissions referent and support Sales inquiries
- Manage plan creation through Docusign (New Joiners and plan updates)
- Update and Maintain comp plan tracker for any changes (New, Leavers,Updates )
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Support our Sales Reporting and Capture real-time performance against bookings, renewals, attrition, ARR Growth and upsell/downsell metrics
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards which help run the business.
- Update and Maintain volume reporting dashboards for All regions
- Sales KPIs and Sales Policies
- Work closely with RevOps to maximize effectiveness of the sales process and perform Salesforce audit & maintenance
- Update and Maintain Sales KPIs such as NB quota coverage and average size deals
- Partner with Sales leaders and RevOps team to ensure policies alignment
- What We're Looking For_
- 2-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel and Gsheet skills, including the ability to build and maintain models that capture data from numerous sources thoughtfully and neatly and present them in consumable tables and charts
- Fluency in sales compensation frameworks, terminology, and best practices, as well as SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, bookings, and revenue.
- Comfort managing and prioritize a high volume of concurrent tasks, particularly at the beginning of the fiscal year and the end of every month/ quarter
- Strong communication skills, including an ability to educate sales reps on compensation structures and reports.
- Strong Partnering with Finance, Deal desk, Marketing and Sales Ops teams.
- Elementary knowledge of SQL / relational databases appreciated but not required
