We are hiring a Sale Operations position and need someone who is attentive to details, who is highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role will have heavy focus on data entry within the team's order management system and reporting on campaign performance with additional duties assisting the sales and ad operations in inventory tracking, asset maintenance, and post-sales support.

Key job responsibilities
Validate and input accurate order information into Boostr Order Management System

Analyze OMS data to ensure data hygiene and work with sales team to correct issues

Update and maintain internal and client facing sales assets in Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets and Powerpoint

Compile delivery reports and work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies

Fulfill OMS report requests

Route incoming leads

Provide general assistance to sales, sales support, and ad operations as needed
