**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support sales customer business managers with promotion and term management tasks.
- Enter full year promotion and term PIDs (promo IDs) into a system, and manage changes throughout the year.
- Provide PIDs (promo IDs) or clearing information for customer claims that are provided with backup by customer service.
- Move PIDs through various statuses in a system: draft, planned, submitted, committed.
- Balance settlements within a month of promotion or term end date.
- Gather backup for "proof of performance" and attach to PIDs (promo IDs); this includes: claims, contracts, images/ads.
- Identify unmatched manual checks in Exceedra and identify valid PIDs (promo IDs) to clear.
- Work closely with commercial teams, process experts, and Team Lead to complete any other designated work within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration preferred, alternatively progressive working experience in related fields.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a commercial function ie Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service or Order to Cash.
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Advanced computer literacy skill required, MS tools knowledge, specifically MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP/SAP system.
Sales Force and Exceedra tool knowledge valuable.
- Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail and numbers.
- Proficient Multi-tasker with strong organization, and record keeping skills.
- Ability to deliver effective, accurate work within tight timelines.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and constant change.
