Sales Operations Specialist (Vmwjp00015166)

We're looking for an individual well-versed in selling SaaS, with proven experience of a successful trajectory performing their duties as a top-notch deal closer.
Main responsibilities include:

- Act as an integrated extension of the Embedded sales team to ensure world class internal and external client engagement, with the goal of creating "Customers for Life"
- Manage day-to-day sales process execution for the Embedded OEM business, including quoting, deal approvals, order validation, and ensuring correct bookings flow post-close.
- Work with sales operations, and Embedded sales leadership, to identify problems, escalate issues or recommend/take corrective action
- Proactively manage order tracking, statuses, and confirmations to VMware sales teams
- Assist the Embedded sales team with client customer-facing research, messaging and materials and coordinated deal support on an as needed basis.
