SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (HEREDIA)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Act as an integrated extension of the Embedded sales team to ensure world class internal and external client engagement, with the goal of creating "Customers for Life".
- Manage day-to-day sales process execution for the Embedded OEM business, including quoting, deal approvals, order validation, and ensuring correct bookings flow post-close.
- Work with sales operations, and Embedded sales leadership, to identify problems, escalate issues or recommend/take corrective action.
- Proactively manage order tracking, statuses, and confirmations to VMware sales team
- Assist the Embedded sales team with client customer-facing research, messaging and materials
and coordinated deal support on an as needed basis.
