This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and operational tasks.Sets and tracks team members' goals.Assists management in creating business plans to increase sales and profits.Essential Duties & Responsibilities RequiredEstablishes consistent and frequent competitive intelligence reports from customers to Sales Manager Human Capital Management and Leadership Hiring, coaching, developing and motivating sales team members.Maintains records, performance information and documentation.Provide and pursue all necessary and required training (e.g.
