We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are seeking Sales Operations Data Specialist. You'll help shape a new business at Experian and help to drive market penetration of new and existing product lines in this space.

What You Will Do:

- Main function of the job is to work daily in excel as part of a data migration project for a SFDC migration. You will also work to clean data in SFDC as needed.
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for migration to SFDC.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Utilize excel templates to assist with mass maintenance requests.
- Willingness to be trained on data migration approach.
- Update master data as needed with a thorough understanding of the rules and standards of master data maintenance.
- Maintain integrity of customer data records and all associated data fields
- Continually scrub for consistency and standardization of nomenclature, customer name fields, etc
- Performs research and analysis on the quality of SFDC data reports on findings and collaborates with internal personnel to correct quality issues.
- Work in SFDC processing sales operation work items
- Researches, analyzes and documents to identify and correct inaccurate data within portfolio.
- Assist as needed with various sales enablement projects with tracking, reporting and preparing status recaps.

**Qualifications**:
**What You Need to Succeed**
- Generally, requires 1-3 years' experience.
- Highly organized and ability to take initiative.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Above average Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
- Attention to detail with a clear understanding of master data functionality and sense of urgency for follow through of resolution
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of PC desktop, MS Office, SharePoint

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, results oriented environment.
- Desire to work in excel all day each day.
- Experience in SFDC or willingness to learn
