**How You Will Contribute**
The **Sales Operations Analyst** works collaboratively with our cross-functional stakeholders to help drive the adoption of sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot as well as manage the Client Satisfaction survey process and other key reporting functions.
You will support the sales team and owners of these initiatives to keep them up to date and ensure the tools have maximum impact for all stakeholders.
**Your Responsibilities**
The Sales Operations Support Associate will have many responsibilities including:
- Support the Sales Operations Manager on execution of strategy and on-going management of RN sales demo, RN demo apps, and other sales support tools/resources
- Create and maintain various sales support documentation and resources for L&D, SS&A, Med Comms, MACS & Products
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in the management of company CRM system
- Support Marketing Coordinator to maintain and regularly update company contact database of clients for marketing outreach, etc.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager on execution of strategy and on-going management of the client satisfaction survey process
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in the management of monthly and quarterly sales reporting
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- At least 2-3 years prior experience supporting a Salesforce CRM system
- Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to independently, proactively, and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- A high level of motivation, adaptability, curiosity, and the capability to deal with pressure positively
- The ability to consistently project a friendly, upbeat, professional attitude and image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with specific expertise with Excel reporting, pivot tables, etc.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to client meetings/events
- Experience with/exposure to Sales Operations in a B2B environment (preferred)
- Verbal and Written fluency in English is required
