**Sales Onboarding Coordinator**

The Sales Onboarding Coordinator will play a key role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Sales Onboarding for Smartsheet's sales teams. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Global Field Enablement and Sales Enablement Team to support business goals and guide growth through increased productivity for new sales reps. You will be the liaison between the new hires, their managers, and other partners to ensure success in their assigned job responsibilities over the course of their first 90 days.

You will report to our Sr. Manager of Global Field Enablement based in Boston, MA
**You Will**:
- Coordinate and oversee all logistics of the global sales onboarding program such as managing program calendar, inbox and communications
- Act as the face of the program for all new hires within the sales organization globally by fielding questions and supporting new hires and their managers throughout their first 90 days
- Organize and manage logistics for both on-site and virtual onboarding training programs and events
- Oversee development and curation of internal onboarding training repository for both instructor led and self directed training to ensure content is up to date and relevant in our LMS
- Implement and track metrics and indicators to ensure new hire performance thresholds are tracked and achieved via surveys, feedback, net promoter scores (NPS)
- Facilitate and lead trainings where it's necessary and appropriate
**You Have**:
- A Business administration or Project Management degree/certificate will be a plus or equivalent experience on the field.
- 5+ years within SaaS industry, sales experience, or experience in a sales enablement, training or coaching role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, B2 English Proficiency Level or higher
- The skills to identify potential gaps and growth opportunities for onboarding reps
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills as well as ability to balance and execute on competing priorities
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to provide a best in class new hire experience with an opportunity to grow in a training and enablement role
- The ability to manage global teams/projects in multiple time zones
- The ability to perform a situational analysis to form recommendations and solutions
- The ability to embrace and adapt to technology; a continuous learner
