Job Title: Sales Offer SpecialistTeam Overview and Job responsibilities:Located in Belén, Heredia, as a Sales Offer Specialist you will be responsible for the Administration or Management of the Offers promoting an excellent service to external (Central America and Caribbean) and internal customers and spreading the "customer centricity" culture throughout the organization.
Also you will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of business processes, always looking for operational excellence, from pre-sales to post-sales.Roles & Responsibilities:o Manage the bid cycle for both local (Costa Rica) and imported products for our clients in Central America and the Caribbean.
This includes the validation of data of the requesting customer and products to be offered, the review of the requirements of the offer and/or the projects/plans to be quoted, the analysis of the proposed commercial and contractual conditions, the current commercial policy, analysis of commercial terms, price adjustment and the appropriate attention and channeling to particular queries and requests of our customers directly or through the sales manager.
o Ensure the proper attention of our customers, in collaborative work with customer-facing Sales Representatives and Managers, providing an excellent experience through timely follow-up to the portfolio of offers worked, including the associated logistical, commercial and financial information, assuming ownership of the requirements and expectations of customers until their complete solution.o Analyze critically and methodically each Bid, Contract and/or Project Requirement in order to comply with the required conditions, coordinating with other internal functional areas both local and regional to ensure the correct execution of all the phases required for the delivery of the bid in due time and form, in compliance with the KPIs established for the function.o Follow up continuously on the performance indicators established for the area, ensuring compliance with the established goals and raising opportunities for improvement detected.
Participate in the development of flow optimization and reengineering proposals based on a systemic vision and best market practices.o Develop, prepare and share information, data and analysis that sustain and support the company's Offerings process.o Capture internal customer feedback on the level of service provided, for analysis, communication and integration in the approach of objectives to improve the efficiency of the area, within the framework of pre-established policies and seeking the implementation of measures to reduce response times to requests for supply according to the objectives set.o Be a driving agent of the customer-centric culture, focusing the commitment of each functional area to integrate them in the transforming process of the strategic relationship with our customers.
o Ensure the correct application of international metal price variations, in the commercial area, acting actively in relation to the specific needs of customers, maintaining business results and complying with internal procedures.o Maintain records, documents and procedures necessary for the handling of bids, in compliance with company policies.o Knowledge and application of requirements related to Quality, Environmental, Carbon Neutrality, Energy and Safety Systems implemented in the company to comply with safety programs, values and indicators, awareness of environmental aspects and impacts.Who are we looking for?Qualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.o +2 years of experience in work related to the position.o Proficiency in ERP systems (BPCS/SAP).o English language proficiency (High intermediate level).o Knowledge of Office package including Power BIo Comprehensive customer service managemento Excellent oral and written communication skillso Problem solving skillso Ability to work as part of a teamo Excellent time and priority management skills.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
