Be part of it.****Position Summary**:The Sales Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our organization by analyzing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize our sales performance. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.**Responsibilities**:- This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:_- Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure on-going accuracy.- Create and manipulate data into easy to understand analysis and overviews.- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.- Provide analytical support to the field sales management team as needed.- Create sales performance reports/dashboard to management and field sales.- Maintain hierarchies and product matrixes so date can correlate within multiple systems.**Physical Attributes**:- General office environment. May sit for extended periods of time.- Physically able to bend, crouch, and reach continuously while performing required job tasks- Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.- Physically able to spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.**Minimum Qualifications**:- 1-3 years as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a sales or business development environment.- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data from diverse sources.- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.- Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and salesforce automation tools.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Quick learner with the ability to work with mínimal supervision in fast-paced environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide strategic insights.- Ability to stay highly organized while collaborating with other colleagues in a fast-paced environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.**Employment Type**:Full Time**Alternative Locations**:Costa Rica : Heredia**Travel Percentage**:0 - 10%**Requisition ID**:13552
