**Sales Development Representative for Marketing Agency**

**Role Description**
Seeking a motivated SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to enhance our medical spa clients' calendars by efficiently managing lead follow-ups and securing bookings through calls and texts. This role involves comprehensive lead management, from initial contact to securing deposits and ensuring appointment attendance, all while maintaining consistent communication to maximize bookings. This is a full-time remote sales position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound leads for 10+ client accounts.
- Engage in calling, texting, and using other communication methods to book appointments and confirm lead eligibility.
- Follow client-specific protocols for booking and consultations.
- Book appointments and UPSELL packages to leads
- Utilize sales scripts and follow-up strategies to improve booking chances.
- Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed.
- Collect necessary booking details including payment information.
- Ensure lead confirmation a day prior to their appointments.
- Maintain alignment with client expectations and query resolutions.
**What We Offer**:
- Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm CST.
- Immediate start with a salary of $850/month USD + $5 commission per booked appointment that shows up.
- OTE potential at KPI (15 - 30 appointments per each of 10 accounts): $1,600 - $2,350+ USD per month. Earning potential much more depending on how many appointments you book beyond KPI.

**Requirements**:
- SALES SKILLS ARE A MUST
- Positive attitude and excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and appointment setting, preferably in an agency setting.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Eliza is a plus), and remote working software (Slack, Zoom).
- High energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and improve.

**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of sales and/or appointment setting experience in a fast paced environment.
