Sales Development Representative
JBS Solutions is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative, who will be responsible for identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with clients. They must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with JBS's leadership team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.
Overall, we combine a strong understanding of several technologies and stacks to find the one that fits best, is the most cost-efficient, and workable solution for a customer. We are an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Consulting Partner with AWS Retail Competency as well as a Microsoft Gold Partner.
**Responsibilities**
- You will be part of our founding Sales team and play a key role in how the department grows over the next year and beyond
- Work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to generate top of funnel activity and pipeline
- Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively pitch JBS's unique solution to set appointments with qualified leads
- Set meetings for the Sales team to follow up with qualified leads and manage the handover process
**Required Skills**:
- 4+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar position
- Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience negotiating and handling objections
- Must be extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
