Sales Coordinator

Responsabilities:
Screen, coordinate and assign inbound sales inquiries and provide administrative support for program and engineering teams
Support the timely execution of and assist in the production of documents, sales proposals, presentation's, and projects for various meetings.
Gather, maintain and develop documentation relative to job aids and support each manager with lead tracking, coordination and distribution of information.
Assist with the procurement of bid documents, plans and specifications and distribute as appropriate.
Assist with customer service initiatives and problem resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues reported directly from internal and external customers. -Above activities in all sizes and complexity of projects
