**Sales Associate**
**360training** is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing Sales Team. The Sales Associate person will be responsible for prospecting, selling, account management, order support & strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Present, demonstrate and sell our Web-based training and compliance offers to prospective clients in a geographic territory.
- Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts in the SMB space.
- Develop sales strategies to identify & penetrate SMB accounts.
- Well-versed in the end-to-end sales process. Understands how to navigate obstacles and identify personal and professional wins of buyer(s) and influencers.
- Leverage call and video technology to execute sales activities needed to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Proposal Process: Identifying prospect needs and developing proposals, including assisting with the development of major business terms.
- Contract Preparation and Negotiation: facilitate the contract negotiation process, eliminating obstacles to execution, closing the sale.
- Order Processing: Support the Account Executive team with order processing needs.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Accurately forecasting sales projections and the value of deals.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience selling to SMB customers.
- Exhibits character, coachability, integrity, creativity, humility, and grit.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas in a Business-to-Business market.
- Experience in new customer acquisition and account management techniques.
- Strong need identification and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience selling to multiple decision makers.
- Familiarity with e-Learning and Web-based training.
