Le Boat has been established for over 40 years and is adding a new destination in Canada in 2018.
**Mission**
The primary function of this role is to sell LeBoat products for North America including primarily the USA and Canada but may be required to support other markets.
You will also support the sales and marketing departments in the development of Le Boat products.
**What you will do**:
- Perform in line with revenue goals.
- Engage and establish trust with clients and travel agents.
- Respond to customer inquiries (booking, brochures) in a timely manner and go through them every day.
- Record customer data in accordance with new GDPR regulations.
- Use Talkdesk and HubSpot as needed.
- Record options and check the confirmation of options in a timely manner.
- Advise customers of any changes before or after booking (e.g., inventory changes).
- Educate customers about our product prior to booking.
- Build quotes within our process and communicate them to customers.
- Call back customers and follow up on the offer.
- Update customer data in CRM and booking system.
- Participate in any project related to the Sales & Marketing department.
- Participate in the administrative part (taking payments from customers by phone, bank transfer, reminders, and debtors).
**Skills required**:
- Excellent English skills are important.
- Previous sales experience in the tourism industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communicator with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of European geography.
