**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in managing the sales process. You will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective sales coordination. Your role will involve various administrative tasks, data management, customer service, and communication.
**What you'll have the opportunity to do**:
- Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day activities, including preparing sales documents and contracts. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Support sales reps with closing deals ensuring that all required documentation, pricing, and terms are complete and in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to facilitate deal closing.
- Maintain and update the Sales Hub site (SharePoint) with relevant documents from all departments
- Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy, track sales performance metrics as needed, generate reports, and provide insights to the sales team for decision-making and forecasting purposes.
- Assist in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and support sales strategies. Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and workflows.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
