S2P Analyst (Temporary Position)

WE´RE HIRING: S2P ANALYST
TEMPORARY POSITION

**Role Summary**

This position will be as main contact for local finance and all regions supported by GBS San Jose,

performing sensible activities such as accounts payables inquiries and processing, controls related

performance, inquiries regarding any issue related to the P2P process.
In addition, this role provides

exposure with the Senior Leadership of the P2P organization, enabling the participation in different tasks

like monthly aging or metrics reviews, detail process review, executing and guaranteeing excellence on

the audit controls related to the process that applies for the P2P organization.
**Basic Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or in progress in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
1-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience.
Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Good written and verbal English communication skills required, any other language if required by

the business Portuguese (is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals.
Preferred experience in a fast-paced multinational company, in a Shared Services Financial

environment (is a plus).
SAP / E1 experience preferred.
Capability to manage complex/critical scenarios.
Used of Microsoft Outlook, WebEx and TEAMS.
