**Job summary**:
Person hired for the USAC E2E/Country Specialist position will be part of the GSC RTR USAC Team and will be responsible to d evelop & manage strong financial analysis for Regional / Corporate RTR team, coordinate process migrations, reviewing/approving accounting transactions, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, providing day-to-day operational follow up, ensure SOX and Non-Sox Controls Compliance of the team, and driving process improvement.
**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Lead month-end financial statement reviews including providing financial analysis and commentaries on accruals, spending, balance sheet and profit and loss.
- Interact and collaborate with country stakeholders, GSC teams area, and global process leaders in addressing operational issues and improvement.
- Lead SLA tracking and communication with country stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end process standardization and improvement
- Lead balance sheet or account reconciliation sessions and follow up on closure of reconciliation open items
- Assigned as SOX and Non-SOX control owner (contact point)
- Coordinating visits of internal and external stakeholders, actively representing the department.
- External and Internal Audit coordination
- Ensure compliance of country SOX and GFS requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate Account Reconciliations aging review with RTR Management.
- Support Account and Journal Entries Review and Approval process (if required)
- Lead month end close meeting progress.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience in GL, Inter-Company, GR/IR, Inventory, AR/AP, Banks
- Working knowledge of SAP and other ERP Systems
- Attain to Service Level agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and daily operational metrics.
- Ensuring compliance following stablished GSC/ Global designed process, Global Financial Standards (GFS) and applicable sox-controls
- Ability to handle non-routine and difficult inquiries, to adapt different techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues.
- Analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company.
- Ability to determine priorities, assign responsibilities, or implement timetables for work group or teams to ensure success
