The Business Analyst Lead will support Global Finance Transformation by analyzing financial data and actively participating in various project phases, including testing, Hypercare, BAU support, validations, requirement gathering, and report management to provide insights and improve financial processes.
Will also lead and manage multiple medium to high complexity initiatives in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities while mentoring and developing a team of Business Analysts.
Support project implementation and drive process documentation, configuration updates, hypercare and reporting.
Foster collaboration across business units, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership align with Transformation goals.
Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to efficiently, clearly, and concisely document requirements, including current and future processes Coordinate workshops to facilitate requirements gathering Produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs and test scenarios Support Change Management to clarify changes in procedure or process to future state Break down and simplify complex problems and systems into smaller and more consumable components Review and evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations Organize and lead product demonstrations Actively participate in testing cycles, as well as providing hands-on support to business testers Raise and manage JIRA tickets – identifying new tasks, defects and change requests Work with project team to set priorities, build roadmaps, and facilitate working sessions Identify interdependencies between workstream requirements and manage accordingly Build and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Partner with Directors to identify opportunities and core capabilities that would advance the maturity level of their processes to better serve internal and external customers.
Cultivate strong relations and collaborates with Information Technology (IT), and finance staff to understand key business challenges and leverage technology and process to address those challenges Strong understanding and demonstrated capability for solving complex problems in a structured way Strong problem management and solving skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines, department policy, procedures Ability to define, diagnose, and resolve business problems based on sound logic and rationale Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines Applies complex, specialized accounting principles.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting 5+ years of business analysis experience within either the professional services and / or financial services sector Working knowledge of JIRA Requirement and must of +7 years of experience working in Global Shared services, especially in Record to Record or General Ledger departments Knowledge in month end close processes and bank reconciliations.
Previous exposure to large scale transformation projects via Agile methodologies.
Experience in people management Demonstrably proactive, adaptable, and flexible An analytical mindset - able to understand requirements, and to identify and evaluate potential.
Strong organizational skills and leader Capability to work under pressure.

Preferred is major in accounting, master's degree is a plus.
