**What you'll do**:
- Main and first point of contact from business units for support, changes, and escalations.
- Build and test existing automation solutions according to standards and technical design, using best practices that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Implement change requests with the guidance of Senior Solution Designer and RPA Tech Lead and maintain technical responsibility for high-quality project delivery according to change request timelines.
- Maintain solution documentation up to date, deliver on service level agreements and provide reports related to support metrics.
- Ensure the quality of components by performing thorough unit testing and code reviews mainly focusing on change requests or fixes.
- Coordinate and plan solutions and changes with business and technical teams.
**What experience you need**:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
- Proficient in English oral and written (B2+ level)
- 6+ months of working experience in programming languages such as **C#, VB.NET, or Python**
- 6+ months of working experience in source code control management systems (e.g. **SVN/Git, GitHub)**
- 6+ months of working experience in **Relational Databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)**
- 6+ months of working experience with RPA tools **(UiPath)**

- Certified in UiPath

- Knowledge in Agile Methodology and Machine Learning
