**Job description**:
**Essential Duties**
- Contributing member of a team of analysts, developers and support staff that will assist with automation activities
- Represent IT in Process Automation related projects and leadership meetings, as appropriate
- Build, develop, and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with the business and IT
- Support and align efforts to meet IT and business needs
- Review business processes from end-to-end to identify and address risks
- Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors, and the business unit to assist or gather business requirements needed for systems and tools, system modifications, and implementations
- Assist the IT project manager with coordination and communication related to automations
- Develop automations in Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint
- Provide project level analysis and documentation (business requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, process improvement, solution design proposals, UAT plans, and workflow diagrams)
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project schedules and updates
- Collaborate closely with Application owners, follow developers and infrastructure teams to implement the process automation solutions
- Develop and execute test plans, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and guide others in best practices
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English), combined with the ability to market and report out complex initiatives to non-technical colleagues or business leadership.
- Must possess a blend of business acumen, consulting-like abilities, and analytics capabilities to identify areas of need, and develop solutions that will provide optimal value to all internal stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate sound problem-solving skills and business intuition

- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, or similar technical discipline or 6 years experience in Information Technology
- 3 years experience working with manufacturing, or engineer to order disciplines
- Experience working within teams
- Must be willing to travel up to 20%, to local office or to the USA
